Service rules
These terms govern access to Tradia's directory, accounts, listings, plans and verification services.

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, obey applicable law and avoid fraud, impersonation, abuse, scraping, interference or unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
Business owners remain responsible for their listing content, contacts, claims, licences and services. Tradia may review, correct, suspend or remove misleading, unlawful, unsafe or disputed material. Verification reflects a documented Tradia review; it is not a government licence, guarantee or endorsement.
Paid features, price, duration and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment status is confirmed by Tradia's server through the approved payment provider. Access may be withheld or reversed for failed, refunded, disputed or fraudulent payments.
You keep rights to content you submit and grant Tradia the limited permission needed to host, display, resize, protect and distribute it through the service. You must have permission to submit it. Tradia's software, brand and original content remain protected.
We work to keep Tradia accurate and available, but directory content and third-party business services may change. To the extent permitted by law, Tradia is not responsible for independent transactions between users and listed businesses. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may restrict accounts or content to protect users, comply with law or enforce these terms. You may request account deletion. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
