Payment support
This policy explains how payment problems and refund requests are reviewed.

Contact Tradia if a payment was duplicated, completed without the purchased entitlement, charged for a service Tradia could not supply, or appears unauthorized. A pending or failed provider transaction is not treated as a completed purchase.
Provide the Tradia payment reference, date, amount and reason through authenticated support. Never send a card PIN, full card number, password or one-time code. Tradia verifies the server-side payment record and provider result before deciding.
Approved refunds return through the original payment channel where supported. Provider and bank processing times apply. Fraud, consumed services, policy abuse and matters outside Tradia's payment record may be refused where lawful. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation stops future renewal where recurring billing is offered; it does not automatically reverse an already delivered period. The purchase screen will disclose renewal and cancellation terms before recurring billing is enabled.
