- Open Dashboard, then Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm the request.

Delete your Tradia account
You can start account deletion from the signed-in web or mobile account controls.
Mobile
- Sign in to the Tradia app.
- Open Account.
- Select Delete account, review the warning and confirm.
What happens
Your active sessions are revoked and the account is deactivated. Tradia then removes or de-identifies personal data that is no longer required. Some payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit or legal records may be retained for the period required by law and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
If you cannot sign in, use the approved privacy contact shown in the privacy notice. We may verify account ownership before acting.
