Who controls your data

Zamkah Technologies Limited operates Tradia. We process personal data to provide accounts, business listings, verification, payments, support, security and directory services.

Data we handle

• Account and contact details such as name, email address and phone number.
• Business profile details, addresses, contacts, media and documents supplied by owners.
• Reviews, enquiries, support requests and reports submitted through Tradia.
• Payment references, amounts, status and purchase history. Tradia does not store full card details.
• Security, session, audit, device and service diagnostic information needed to protect and operate the service.

Why we use it

We use data to create and secure accounts, publish and manage listings, review verification evidence, process requested transactions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, keep financial and audit records, comply with law and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Optional usage analytics

With your consent, Tradia uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page visits and bounded actions such as search, profile views, contact-channel clicks, registration, login, owner listing creation and manual-payment workflow milestones. Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Enhanced measurement and advertising signals are disabled.

We do not send passwords, reset or activation tokens, email addresses, phone numbers, bank details, payment references, private business or admin fields, or full form contents to analytics. Sensitive account-link pages do not load the analytics tag. You may withdraw consent by clearing Tradia site data and choosing “Decline” when asked again.

Advertising and consent

Tradia is preparing to use Google AdSense on a limited set of public directory pages. Advertising is not currently enabled. If advertising is enabled after a separate launch review, Google and participating advertising technology providers may use cookies, local storage or device identifiers to deliver and measure personalised, non-personalised or limited ads, depending on your region, choices and applicable law.

For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Tradia will use Google’s certified consent mechanism before advertising storage, access or personalisation where consent is required. It will offer options to consent, not consent or manage choices and will identify the participating providers. A privacy-settings control will allow choices to be revisited or withdrawn after advertising is enabled.

Advertising consent is separate from Tradia’s optional Google Analytics consent. Declining advertising must not grant analytics consent, and declining analytics must not grant advertising consent. AdSense will remain disabled on privacy, legal, authentication, account, dashboard, admin, payment and other protected routes. Tradia does not sell personal data.

Service providers and transfers

Approved infrastructure, storage, payment, email and monitoring providers process only the data required to deliver their service. They may operate outside Nigeria. We use contracts, access controls and transport encryption to protect those transfers. Public business profile fields are visible by design; private documents are not public.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and business data while the service is active and remove or de-identify it after a valid deletion request, subject to fraud prevention, dispute, tax, financial, audit and legal retention duties. Security records and backups expire under controlled retention schedules.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. See account deletion instructions.
