The ITF, which began as a Parastatal ‘B’ organization is now a grade ‘A’ Parastatal under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment. It has been operating for over 50 years as an agency that promotes and encourages the acquisition of industrial and commercial skills required for national economic development.
